Making Anglo-Saxon/ Viking Purses

In Design and Technology, Class 2 have been finding out about Anglo-Saxon and Viking purses or money belts.  The children looked at a range of designs and discussed how they were made.  They made 'mock-ups' of the purses from paper and the next stage is to use our sewing skills and make a fabric purse.
