Class 2 Number Day

Class 2 celebrated Number Day in style this year! We began with a lively Times Tables Rock Stars competition which was not only great fun but also helped us sharpen up

our speed and accuracy with times table recall. We then put our skills to the test with a range of engaging number puzzles.

After a well-earned break, we moved on to some fantastic maths art. Years 3 and 4 created beautiful examples of Islamic geometry, while Years 5 and 6 explored the challenge of drawing cardioids with truly impressive results! We rounded off the morning with a selection of dice games, with Class 1 joining in the fun too.
