Maya Workshop

This week, Class 2 welcomed a visitor who delivered an exciting workshop linked to our Maya topic. It was a wonderful day, and the children enjoyed taking part in a variety of activities, including dressing up as Maya people, playing a trading game, exploring a model Maya home, investigating Maya gods and grinding maize into flour. They also learned how archaeologists make discoveries using LiDAR.

It was an engaging and memorable day, and Class 2 should be very proud of the way they participated throughout.
