Christmas Preparations!

Christmas festivities have really arrived in School! We enjoyed a beautiful Christmas lunch on Thursday: Thank you so much to Mrs Platts and Miss Lewis for all your hard work and delicious food!
We have also begun rehearsing our Nativity play. The children have learnt their lines brilliantly and it is really coming together nicely! Remember performances are at 2pm and 6pm next Wednesday in the Village hall. We look forward to seeing you there!
Along side all this festive fun we have still been working hard. The Year 3 and 4 children have really cracked using a formal written method for addition and subtraction and Year 5 and 6 are making some brilliant progress on their understanding of multiplying by 10, 100 and 1000. We are proud of their resilience and determination with their learning.
