Class 2 Art Week

This week, Class 2 fully embraced Art Week with creativity and enthusiasm. We began by mixing primary colours to create secondary and tertiary hues, then explored the use of black and white paint to add different tones to our colours.

Through studying the works of renowned artists such as Peter Doig, David Hockney, and Ingela Johansen, we learned how to create a sense of movement in our paintings. We also discovered the concept of a montage and had the opportunity to create our very own montage.

All of our artwork was inspired by the exciting theme of the Winter Olympics.
